These are typically used to mount a 5 & 3/4" halogen upgrade headlight units or sealed beams like the one's shown above similar to the original Ford type which are impossible to find and give a very poor light output
These are aftermarket units are made from lightweight ABS plastic that fit inside the headlight carriers, they are made by Wipac and are suitable for lots of classic British and European cars but are, as they are plastic they can be adapted to suit very easily
