These are used in classic steering wheel boss kit that have a 6 or 9 hole fitting PCD of 101mm
Brand such as Motolita - Springalex - Astrali - use these classic sizes

Has the larger internal fitting diameter of 83mm which is the boss kit internal with an overall of 90mm
 and a 12v Horn feed threaded pole connection on the underside
